Responsibilities:
• Production support of Trade Management System (TMS) and FIX Connectivity • Interacting with traders, counterparties, engineers to efficiently resolve production issues • Product installations and customization according to user needs • FIX certification testing against electronic trading counterparties Requirements: • 1 to 2 years of end-user application support experience • Solid experience with MS Windows environment • Knowledge of financial trading industry • Experience with support of financial trading systems is a big plus • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Must be analytical, creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated • Adequate oral and written communication skills |

Responsibilities:
Implementing a complete cycle of Trade Management System (TMS) delivery and support, consisting of: • Managing customer requirements • Deploying TMS at client's site or InfoReach's data center • Customizing TMS deployments via configuration • Providing TMS training to traders • Supporting TMS installations • FIX Network administration and support Position Requirements: • 3+ years of support of financial securities trading systems • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Must be analytical, creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated • Adequate oral and written communication skills • Experience with Windows and Unix • Experience with Intel-based hardware • Experience with FIX is a plus • Experience with SQL and scripting languages is a plus |
